The ITRA (International Trail Running Association) is an international sports association dedicated to the worldwide development and promotion of trail running.

The ITRA points are awarded for successfully completing the "Diamond" and "Gold" runs.

  • Davos X-Trails Diamond (68 km) - 3 ITRA points
  • Davos X-Trails Gold (43 km) - 2 ITRA points

The Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc® (abbreviated: UTMB®) is a running competition with different distances, which leads around the Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps. The different distances range from just under 55 to 300 kilometers.

In order to participate in Europe's largest mountain ultra marathon, participants need to collect qualification points/running stones by completing other ultra marathons.

  • Davos X-Trails Diamond (68 km) - 50K qualification points for the UTMB®.
  • Davos X-Trails Gold (43 km) - 50K qualification points for the UTMB®.
  • Davos X-Trails Silver (23 km) - 20K qualification points for the UTMB®.
